Council meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00 P.M. If you would like to be put on the agenda to address the Council, please reach out to the City Clerk at (229) 762-4215 at least 10 days prior to the scheduled meeting. No last minute additions will be added. Council Meetings are held at City Hall, 126 E. Broad Ave.

The Whigham Recorder's Court sessions are currently being held at the grady County Courthouse in Cairo, GA. Please check with the Clerk's office at (229)762-4215 if you believe you have a case with us and for information about your scheduled court date.
If your citation does not require a court appearance, you may pay your fine online. Payments may only be paid online prior to the scheduled court date.

Whigham Recorder's Court
The City of Whigham provides electrical, water, and household garbage services to customers in the city limits. We are a member of the Electrical Cities of Georgia. For questions about your utility bill or for service, please contact City hall at (220)762-4215 Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00 pm.
If you experience any utility emergency after normal business hours, please call (229)672-0635.
All utility bills are due by the 10th day of each month. Bills that are not paid by 5:00pm on the 10th of the month are subject to a 10 percent late fee. If bills are not paid by 5:00pm on the 15th of he month, service will be cut off without prior notice. A $30 delinquent fee will be charge on all bills not paid by 5:00pm on the 15th of the month. A $50 after hours delinquent fee will be charged for reconnects after 3:00pm.
